Head Computers
Only get two graphics cards if you are going to be playing games at extremely high resolutions. If you are going to be playing games at 1280×1024, it is a complete waste. If you want a good gaming setup, you might as well forget the 8600s and get the 8800GTX.
And ensure that your operating system can recognize 8GB of RAM. Most OSs can only use 4 GB or less.

Does look an ok system.
What i would do is change the SLI graphics cards you have to a single 8800 series card and then you can add an addtional one later to boost the graphics when yours gets a bit lacking.
Make sure you use a 64-bit OS with this set up or you won’t see much of that memory.
Only other thing is maybe change the 750Gb HD into 2 500GB HDs and put them in raid for extra speed.
BTW, why do you have 4 monitors????

*Increase the power supply… to at least 850+
*MSI motherboards are ok, I love my DFI LanParty UT NF680i LT SLI-T2R
*I would upgrade memory to 2 gb plus.
*Highly recommend NiVidia 8800GTX graphics card. (SLI)
*Make sure you have proper CPU cooling.
*A nice sound card is a plus.
*Final thought, make sure you have enough airflow, or internal cooling in your system. : )
*Possible CPU increase instead of four monitors. Two monitors or a 27 inch hdtv monitor would be the best choice.
