I m a sophomore in high school and i was wondering about my possible future colleges and the majors offered. so what is “Computer Science”?

and PLEASE dont say “the science of computers”

I am a current cs student at wiu. It is the study of computer software, like programing languages and such. Computer engineering is the study of computer hardware.
